Noodles with Mushroom and Peanut Sauce
Author: Mr. Go 200g egg noodles
2 tbspn vegetable oil
5 cups button mushrooms, sliced
3/4 tspn salt
1-1/2 cup snow peas, cut into 1-inch pieces
250 g boneless pork chop, cut into thin strips
To prepare peanut sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbspn chunky peanut butter
1 tbspn rice or white vinegar
1. In a large bowl, mix all peanut sauce ingredits until well blended. Set aside.
2. Cook egg noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes.
3. Heat 1 tbspn vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet. Add mushrooms and salt over medium flame for 1 minute.
4. Add snow peas and stir for 2 more minutes. Add mushroom mixture to bwol with peanut sauce and set aside.
5. Wipe skillet with a paper towel. Add vegetable oil. Saute pork strips until lightly brown. Add peanut sauce and noodles.
Stir well and serve.
