Fried Eggs with Shredded Onion
Author: Mr. Go 5 eggs
1 tspn salt
1/4 tspn black pepper
1/2 tspn sesame oil
1/2 cup oil
1-1/2 cup shredded onion
Add salt, black pepper and sesame oil to eggs and beat lightly.
Heat pan with 1/2 cup oil, stir fry onion until soft, add egg mixture and stir fry until eggs become slightly scrambled but not overcooked.
Remove eggs to serving plate, garnish with coriander.
