Braised Two Kinds Mushroom with Young Corn
Author: Mr. Go 3 cups Whole button mushrooms
3 cups straw mushroom
3 cups young corn
2 tbspn oyster sauce
2 tbspn cornstarch, dissolved in water
2 tspns sesame oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
salt and sugar
1. Boil all mushroom and young corn in a pan for 2 minutes. Drain.
2. Pour chicken broth into a pan, add salt, sugar and oyster sauce.
3. Add mushrooms and young corn followed by corn starch to thicken.
Serve
